At Bush Nuts we are very enthusiastic about protecting the natural diversity and ecological values of our local area. We contribute to these objectives by supplying a diverse range of local plant species, encouraging revegetation and environmental weed control and by undertaking revegetation projects ourselves. Our products are of most interest to those involved in conservation or revegetation.

We propagate plant species from seed that are native to South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, particularly those species that occur naturally in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Tweed. We are a wholesale nursery offering these plant species for sale principally in native tubes, but we do grow a limited number of species in larger containers.

The SE Queensland and Northern NSW areas are home to a very diverse range of species in a range of habitat types. We collect all our own seed from the local area and have to date propagated over 800 local species. At any time we have between 200 and 300 species ready and available for sale in tubestock. We grow trees, shrubs, ground covers, climbers, grasses, sedges, lilies etc from a range of habitats but mostly from dryland and rainforest habitats.

We undertake native landscaping and revegetation projects offering a complete range of related services from site assessment through to follow up maintenance.
